Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.edgepath.pro (the “Service”) operated by EdgePath, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you do not have permission to use the Service.

1. Purchases & Payments

By purchasing any course or product, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

We may use third-party processors to facilitate secure payment transactions. 

Refund requests will incur a 3% processing fee unless the course has already been started. Once started, refunds are not available.

Courses remain active for 12 months from purchase date. Expired courses can be reactivated or repurchased.

2. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We update our course catalog and content regularly, but errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct or update information, pricing, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts

By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including course content, software, trademarks, and graphics, are owned or licensed by EdgePath, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

EdgePath, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with an effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
